Immunity Boosting

Our immune system needs to run at 100% at all times to help keep us strong and healthy.  The immune system's health can decide your level of resistance and susceptibility to germs in every form.

Immunity doesn't just come from eating well and exercising.

A strong immune system doesn't just come from eating well and exercising.  Those are definitely important factors and play a large role in your immunity, but there are so many more things you can do to boost your immune system.

White blood cells, are the soldiers in your body.  They get their fuel or nutrients from the endocrine system, which in turn runs the immune system.  If your endocrine system has to work overtime to sift out the chemical-laden or sugary or fatty foods you have ingested, than it can't give the immune system the nutrients it needs to pass onto the white blood cells.  We are exposed to hundreds of little germs everyday. Your white blood cells fight these germs, creating a resistance so that the next time the germ enters the body, you have the ability to fight it and you don't feel the effects of the germ the second time.

We could go done this road of explanation for hours, but suffice to say, you have to give your body the tools to continue to be strong and development resistance for any incoming germs.

In addition to eating well and exercising, there are numerous vitamins and minerals and daily tonics to help keep your immune system at it's best.  Vitamins like C, D and b12. Minerals like echinacea, elderberry.  Tonics like lemon water with apple cider vinegar. Wearing essential oils like cinnamon and eucalyptus, at the best absorption points on your body. Taking a daily like culture probiotic is important too.  And believe it or not, fasting in the morning has several immune system benefits as well.

And I get it, it's hard to keep track of what and how many vitamins and minerals to take, but it's also hard to do life from bed sick. And it's tough in the winter/cold weather season to want to eat fresh meals.  We all want those warm-me-up, stick-to-my-ribs meals like pastas, casseroles, etc.  You can still have them.  Just mind the ingredients and pay attention to portion size. Balance out your meals that day if you know you are going to have a carb loaded meal, eat light the day before and after.  Switch out one of your daily hot coffees with Green tea.

Like most, I'm sure when you heard the words daily, you went, 'I don't know if I have time for that'. take 30-45 minutes once a week, I'm typically sunday morning with my first hot beverage, and sort your vitamins into marked containers and make your tonics for the week.  Apple cider vinegar with lemons and water will store in the fridge for a week.

You do NOT have to navigate the world of vitamins and supplements, tonics and probiotics alone.  Let me help.  This is what I do. This is my passion for you.
