Zen and Sparkle

I constantly tell myself and my clients, “Find your happy. Find your zen.”


A lot of the time, I’m sure i can read their minds, “yeah, sure. That’s easier said then done.”


Nature shows us every autumn how to grow into something lush and beautiful and then how to let it all go so you can grow again. 


GROW INTO SOMETHING LUSH AND BEAUTIFUL!






We have the same strength as the mighty maple that sheds her leaves. We have ability to persevere when there is a drought or flood. 



NEVER LET ANYONE DULL YOUR SPARKLE!


So instead of letting your mind go negative and think, I can’t do that. Go positive instead. The more things you meet with a smile, the bigger and brighter you will become. You will become as lush and beautiful as that mighty maple in her multi-color splendor. And when that happens, I promise you will shine brighter than the brightest star because you will know inside and out that you found you. Your happy. Your zen. Because you will have shed everything that dulls your sparkle.
